The M1 Motorsports Club is integrated well with the popular M1 Concourse Car Club and storage facility. The members of the club itself enjoy several perks and benefits alongside the type of their garage ownership levels. The professional-grade and high-speed track of the Concourse sets it a bit apart from other car clubs out there though it is not unique.
To offer the experienced members, who have prior experience in driving high-end cars out on tracks, a full-on driving pleasure, the M1 Motorsports club has been set up. As an added advantage, the club offers a generous amount of race track driving access to the members in the Concourse’s high-end track as well.
How to Join the M1 Motorsports Club?
As a part of the club itself, only members are offered the opportunity to join this club. Only the owners of the Private garages are allowed to join the club and have two types of initial costs. If an owner chooses to join after purchasing a garage, then the initiation fee is $30,000 and if the owner chooses to opt for it at the time of purchase, the cost is slashed to $20,000.
Also, each member needs to pay $3,950 as annual fees as well. A maximum of two owners from the smaller sized garages of 509-737 sq-ft while the number goes up to four for 1,000-2,452 sq-ft garage spaces.
