10. Porsche 918 Spyder

Back when the Porsche 918 Spyder was launched in 2013, Porsche priced it at around $835,000, before you add any customization and options to it. However, just like some of it's competitors, it was also way ahead of its time, and that is reflected in it's current valuations which sometimes become more than double of it's original value!

With the help of it's naturally aspirated 4.6-liter V8 and an electric hybrid setup, the Porsche 918 Spyder does 0-60 in just 2.6 seconds, whereas the top speed is claimed to be 214 mph.

The Porsche 918 Spyder makes a total of 875 horsepower and 944 lb-ft of torque from its hybrid powertrain. And not only in terms of power, the 918 Spyder is a joy to ride, the way it handles corners, the way the power is delivered, is just next level!

9. Mercedes-AMG ONE

The Mercedes-AMG ONE is technically a road-legal Formula One car. The AMG One is powered by a slightly modified version of the same engine as seen on the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team race car, a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6 engine paired with four electric motors, one fitted to the crankshaft, one to the turbocharger, and two electric motors to the front axle, combined to make over 1000 hp.

The AMG One is one of the fastest hybrid cars made and has a 0-60 time of 2.7 seconds with a top speed of over 217 mph. The engine has a lifespan of 50,000 km, after which it has to go in for a full engine refurbishment, which sounds expensive as the AMG one is priced at 2.7 million dollars, and only 275 cars are being made with all of the examples spoken for.

8. McLaren P1

The McLaren P1 is one of the most exclusive cars the world has ever seen, and McLaren made only 375 of these in total. Powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine coupled with a hybrid setup, the McLaren P1 has a total of 903 horses and 664 lb-ft of torque. And with the help of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the P1 can do 0-60 in just 2.5 seconds while the top speed is rated at 217 mph!

Back when it was launched, the McLaren P1 came at a base price of $1.1 million in the US, however, even after being nearly a decade old, the P1 continues to sell at around $1.3 million in the used car market today! And the price is only going to go upwards as it seems.

7. Ferrari LaFerrari

The Ferrari LaFerrari is of the oldest hybrid cars, and even though it came to life back in 2013, Ferrari managed to push it from 0-60mph in just 2.6 seconds. The Laferrari uses a 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V12 motor which is coupled with an electric-hybrid setup, producing a total of 950 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque!

With this much power and a smooth 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the LaFerrari can attain a top speed of 218 mph. However, in some real life tests the LaFerrari manages to do 0-60 mph in just 2.4 seconds, two-tenth faster than what Ferrari claimed, and it makes it faster than most of today's supercars!

6. Lamborghini Sian FKP 37

The Lamborghini Sian FKP is the production-spec hybrid, before the likes of the Revuelto. It was released back in 2019, and Lamborghini only made 63 of these as a coupe and 19 of these in roadster body style, making it one of the rarest Lamborghinis to ever exist. Plus, being the first of it's kind, the Sian has also seen a increase in it's prices in the pre-owned exotic market.

Initially, the Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 had a base price of $3.7 million, and that's more than 6x the price of the Revuelto which comes with more power! Talking about power, let's have a look at the specs of the Sian below-

The Lamborghini Sian FKP came with the legendary 6.5-liter V12 engine paired with a hybrid setup. In combination it produced 808 horses, helping it do 0-60mph in just 2.8 seconds while the top speed was rated at 221 mph.

5. McLaren Speedtail

McLaren made its most aerodynamic supercar and named it Speedtail. As the name suggests, it had a long tail that maintained an impeccable relationship with the god of wind. The results are so good that it takes only 2.5 seconds to go from 0 to 60 mph. It was unveiled as the successor to the legendary McLaren F1, and my god, it appeared in the eyes of millionaires and billionaires.

Powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 hybrid system, it produced 1,036 HP and 848 LB-FT of torque.

With quite similar specs to the Valkyrie hypercar, the Speedtail is not a week in any sense. In fact, the single seating configuration makes it more unique. The Speedtail, McLaren's most powerful prediction car, pairs with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and runs at a peak speed of 250 mph.

4. Koenigsegg Gemera

There are supercars, there are hypercars, and there is the Koenigsegg Gemera, the world's first four-seater hypercar. But this is not the fun fact we have included in this list of legendary cars. The Koenigsegg Gemera's 0-60 mph time is 1.9 seconds; that is what the figure was quoted when it was producing 1700 HP and mind-bending 2,581 LB-FT of torque. That was already enough to eat brands like Bugatti and Ferrari for breakfast.

But a few weeks ago, Koenigsegg showcased the production-ready version of Gemera. And just tighten your seats, because now it will make astonishingly 2300 HP. Yes, you heard it right. 2300 HP for a car that weighs less than 2000 kg.

The official deliveries of the Gemera supercar will start in 2025. The 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine is already a beast, taken from the Jesko hypercar. Solely, it makes 1500 HP. It is mated to a Dark Matter e-motor that adds an extra 800 HP, making a total of 2300 HP. Like the older Gemera, this is still based on the AWD platform, but now it pairs with a single-speed "Light Speed Tourbillion Transmission' (LSTT), which allows the car to go extremely fast.

3. Aston Martin Valkyrie

The 2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie does the 0-60 sprint in 2.5 seconds and will reach a top speed of 250 miles per hour. The Valkyrie is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that is paired with an electric motor that, combined, makes 1,160 hp and 663 lb-ft of torque. This is one of the three cars made in collaboration with the Red Bull Racing Formula One Team as part of their partnership agreement.

 The Valkyrie's performance figures are not the only parts which seem crazy, the engine has a redline of 11,100 rpm, the body has a curb weight of just 2,270 pounds thanks to its carbon fiber and body construction, which helps with being the fastest hybrid car. However, as the Valkyrie is all sold out, there is the Valkyrie Spider, which the company has revealed, which is a convertible version of the Valkyrie and offers the same performance, truly offering the same thrills as a Formula One car.

The Valkyrie comes at an astonishing price of 3 million dollars and is limited to only 150 units, all of which are sold out. However, there are other fast hybrid cars that are also available.

Next up we have the Zenvo Aurora, pricesely, the Aurora Tur, which is the road focused version of the upcoming hypercar. Zenvo, as a manufacturer of hypercars, have earned quite a lot of fame over the years, and many celebriies and youtubers have got their hands on these hypercars. But with the new one, it seems like Zenvo is going to break the barrier of speed and power!

The 2026 Zenvo Aurora has two trim levels, one is Agli, which focuses on track performance and not top speed, and the other one is Tur, which focuses on insane top speed. The Aurora Tur is powered by a 6.6-liter quad-turbocharged V8 engine that works alongside three electric motors. In total, the Aurora makes 1850 horses and 1254 lb-ft of torque.

As per Zenvo's claims, the Aurora Tur is able to hit 0-60 mph in just 2.3 seconds while the top speed is rated at 280 mph.
