Hennessey Venom since its debut has spawned numerous one-offs and special editions, they even made one for Michael Jordan! This time around though Hennessey decided to pour one out for purists as mating a manual with an 1800 horsepower/1,193 lb-ft twin-turbo ‘Fury’ V8 is as ridiculous as it sounds.

The Hennessey Venom F5-M Roadster is a roofless wonder that comes with lots of aerodynamic changes and a completely revised gearbox made of billet aluminum.

“We are so excited to offer the Venom F5-M Roadster – the world’s most powerful manual. We always wanted to build a manual Venom F5 – and it’s something our clients have been asking for. It’s old school, it’s badass, and it offers ultimate driving engagement.

The most visually apparent change is the addition of a gigantic 55-inch dorsal fin which likely aids in generation downforce when going around the corners. The shifter is a gated six-speed variant with bespoke gear ratios and aluminum/carbon fiber construction. AC vents have also been tweaked and now come with fighter jet-inspired controls.

To further amplify Venom F5-M Roadster’s exclusivity, once the buyer has chosen the paint for their all-American hypercar, that particular shade will be deleted from the catalog and marked as one-off. There is also a bespoke livery for each of the 12 sold-out Venom F5-M Roadster models, each coming at $2.5 million. If you are still in the market for a multi-million dollar hypercar with 4 four-digit horsepower and a stick, the CC850s might still be available.

The last droptop hypercar from Hennessey, Venom GT, still remains the fastest convertible in the world with a top speed of 265.6mph. Its 1800 hp successor will likely topple that number by quite some margin in due time, we reckon.
