2025 F1 Teams And Drivers[Updated]

  1. Mercedes- George Russell has signed a long-term contract that extends until 2025. After Hamilton's departure, his replacement is yet to be confirmed but a Sebastian Vettel comeback would be greatly appreciated

  2. Redbull- Max Verstappen will remain with Milton Keyes till 2027 after a six-year contract extension. While his equally impressive partner Perez's future will be determined by the outcome of the 2024 season. So far things are looking up for the Mexican as he has scored multiple podium finishes and is 2 in the championship

  3. McLaren- Both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are fairing better than last year and have contracts extending up to 2026

  4. Scuderia Ferrari- Charles Leclerc's future is looking solid with the prancing horse and will be sharing his stable with Lewis Hamilton. Carlos Sainz is still looking for a team for 2025 and will announce something definite soon. Meanwhile, he is busy winning races for the Ferrari.

  5. Aston Martin- Since Papa Stroll owns the team Lance isn't going anywhere no matter how worse he gets. The G.O.A.T Alonso will be carrying the burden of taking AMR to podium finishes till 2026. Recently, he announced that his AM contract will be his last "It’s probably my last contract", in an interview with F1.

  6. Alpine - The team has yet to confirm its driver lineup for 2025 and is struggling a lot to keep up with the rest of the pack. Earlier this year, team boss Bruno Farmin hinted “First, we are very happy and proud to have Jack in the academy. I think he has been trained and he will be trained this year with quite a long testing programme”. Now it's confirmed Jack Doohan will replace Esteban Ocon and will partner with Gasly from 2025 onwards.

  7. VCARB- The weirdly named F1 team has been a bit of a disappointment this season especially when it comes to Daniel Ricciardo. Yuki has been consistently showing progress while the Honey Badger mulls about his future

  8. Haas- The team has yet to declare their 2025 contenders but judging by their close relationship with Ferrari and Bearman's stunning performance at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. Expect a major reshuffle for the 2025. Update- Kevin Magnussen will leave Hass in 2025 and will be replaced by Esteban Ocon

  9. Williams-Fantastic Alex Albon is under contract till 2025, while the crash-prone Logan Sargeant's future is seriously dubious in 2025. it has now been confirmed that Sainz will join the Williams F1 team from 2025 onwards replacing Logan Sargeant. Thanks to Sargent's flaming debacle during the Dutch GP quali, Argentinian driver Colapinto will replace Logan for the duration of the 2024 F1 season.

  10. Stake F1 Team- Audi's future team is currently running with Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu and is expected to continue till 2025. After which it's up to Audi to keep them or not. It confirmed Nico Hulkenberg will depart Haas and join Kick Sauber or Audi F1 team from 2025.
