Driving a Ferrari is a unique and exhilarating experience, even when you're not pushing its limits. But it goes without saying that if you do plan on testing the limits of a Ferrari, you better be ready. Over the last 75 years, Ferrari has built a reputation for building some of the fastest cars in the world, and in this article, we'll be taking a look at the fastest Ferraris ever made.
The list of cars that have been mentioned above has been arranged in terms of top speed and is road legal, so unfortunately we won't be adding cars like the Ferrari FXX-K and the Ferrari F50 GT.
So, without further ado, here is a look at the fastest Ferraris ever made.
We start with one of Ferari's latest offerings, the hybrid 296. The Ferrari 296 can go from 0 to 60 in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 205 mph, which is good enough to make it the 11th fastest car Ferrari has ever made.

The 296 is the third hybrid car to be produced by Ferrari. It is also the first Ferrari road car to come with a V6 engine since the Dino, the car on which it is based. The Ferrari 296 has a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 engine that works alongside a single electric motor to produce a total output of 818 HP and 546 lb-ft of torque.
Next up is the Ferrari GTC4 Lusso, which is the only four-seater Ferrari to make this list. The GTC4 Lusso has a 6.3-liter V12 engine producing 681 HP and 514 lb-ft of torque. It can go from 0-60 MPH in 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 208 MPH.

The Ferrari GTC4 Lusso was an estate made by Ferrari, with a big V12 motor mounted in front that drove all four wheels (this AWD was named 4RM), meaning, you can take your midsize sports coupe out even in the winter.
The 7-speed DCT was super smooth, both when you’re cruising and ripping off the racetrack. Compared to other front-engined sportscars, the GTC4 Lusso felt way more nimble and easy to drive. And as a family car from Ferrari, the comfort was better than what we expected it to be. Ferrari priced the GTC4 Lusso at an MSRP of $263,750, and for a Ferrari with a V12 and proper four seats, that’s quite reasonable.
The Ferrari 599 GTO is the first V12 Ferrari to make this list. The 599 GTO was the road version of the Ferrari 599XX racecar and came with a 6.0-liter V12 engine that produced 661 hp and 457 lb-ft of torque. It could go from 0 to 60 MPH in 3.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 208 MPH.

The 599 GTO has a more streamlined design, with better suspension, brakes, and engine responsiveness compared to the original 599 GTB. Ferrari made only 599 units of the 599 GTO, and boy, was it a serious contender in the supercar game of the early 2010s. The Ferrari 599 GTO improved heavily on suspension and brakes. Ferrari introduced magnetorheological dampers that would adapt to the conditions of driving, whether it was a racetrack or a cruising patch. It became a track machine when you wanted it to, and it could also become a perfect and comfortable grand tourer.
Now, the Ferrari 599 GTO holds really good value in the used exotic car scene. Nowadays, the 599 GTOs are up for sale at around $750,000 if they are in decent shape; however, some units have sold for up to one and a half million dollars in auctions.
The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is the next car on this list, and it can reach a top speed of 210 MPH thanks to its 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 830 HP and 514 lb-ft of torque. It can also go from 0 to 60 in 2.7 seconds.

The Daytona SP3 is the second car that is part of the Ferrari "Icona" series, and it pays homage to the legendary Ferrari 330 P4, which got 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place at the 1976 24 Hours of Daytona race. The SP3's design was also heavily influenced by the 330 P4. Only 599 examples of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 will be built, with each one costing $2.25 million.
Next up is the Ferrari F8 Tributo, which is the replacement for the 488 GTB. The F8 Tributo has a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine that produces 710 HP and 568 lb-ft of torque. This helps it reach a top speed of 211 mph and go from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds.

Scalloped door handles and rear buttresses are only two examples of the design cues that were taken from the forerunners. The Ferrari F8 Tributo has a starting price of $281,000.
The Ferrari F12tdf is a limited-edition variant of the F12berlinetta and comes with a 6.3-liter V12 engine that produces 769 HP and 520 lb-ft of torque. This allowed it to go from 0 to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 211 mph.

The name, F12tdf, pays tribute to the Tour de France, which was an automotive race that was held between 1899 and 1986 and was frequently won between 1956 and 1964 by the Ferrari 250.
The Ferrari F12tdf has a starting price of $500,000. The Ferrari F12tdf was produced in a limited run of 799 units, making it a highly sought-after car for collectors and enthusiasts.
Next up is the Ferrari 488 Pista, which was introduced in 2018 and is the track-focused variant of the Ferrari 488 GTB. The 488 Pista is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine that produces 710 HP and 568 lb-ft of torque. This helped it reach a top speed of 211 mph and go from 0 to 60 MPH in 2.8 seconds.

The Ferrari SF90 Stradale is the second-ever Ferrari to have a hybird powertrain. It had a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine that works alongside three electric motors to produce a total output of 986 HP and 590 lb-ft of torque. This helped it achieve its top speed of 211 mph. It can also go from 0 to 60 MPH in 2.1 seconds, which makes it the fastest-accelerating Ferrari ever made.

The second-fastest Ferrari to be ever made is the Ferrari Enzo, which had a top speed of 217 mph. This is thanks to its naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 engine, which produces 660 HP and 485 lb-ft of torque.
The Ferrari Enzo was the fourth halo car to be made by Ferrari and was named after Enzo Ferrari himself.

The Enzo was one of the most revolutionary products in Ferrari’s lineup. It was a poster car for many of us as kids.
The Enzo was made out of carbon fiber and aluminum, making it weigh less than 1400 kg, and that too with a big V12 motor at the back. But a lightweight body also means less stability, and to make up for that, the Enzo came up with lots of aerodynamic parts that helped it be more stable, including underbody aerodynamics, a front spoiler, and various air vents to reduce drag and improve airflow. This not only made the Enzo stable in a straight line but also helped it gain more grip around the corners.
Only 399 units of the Ferrari Enzo were ever produced, and Ferrari priced the Enzo at a base MSRP of $660,000 back in 2002, but now it will easily cost you around $3–4 million in the used exotic scene.
The fastest Ferrari ever made is the Ferrari LaFerrari, which has a top speed of 218 mph. The LaFerrari has a naturally aspirated 6.3L V12 engine that works alongside an electric motor to produce a total output of 950 HP and 664 lb-ft of torque. Next up is the Ferrari LaFerrari, which has a 0–60 MPH time of 2.6 seconds.

The LaFerrari is the first street-legal Ferrari to use a hybrid powertrain. It is also part of what is collectively known as the "hypercar Holy Trinity" of the previous decade, which also includes the McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder.
A total of 499 LaFerrari models were made, with a further 210 Aperta models being created after that. The price of the Ferrari LaFerrari has increased a lot since its release in 2013, with the base version estimated to be valued at $3,350,000 and the Aperta model costing more than $5 million.
